The airline operates domestic as well as international services to 12 destinations in India and Nepal from its hub at the Tribhuvan International Airport. It is the largest airline operator in Nepal that connects the country to India and several more parts of the world. The airline mainly flies to large towns and cities in Nepal, linking Kathmandu with ten destinations and Varanasi of India.
